Frequently asked questions
How is the projection calculated?
Simple straight-line math: (target − current) ÷ new followers per week, rounded up to whole weeks. Milestones mark 25%, 50%, and 75% of the gap with their dates. It answers "at my CURRENT pace, when would I get there?" — nothing more.
Is growth really linear like this?
Almost never. Real growth compounds — it is slow, then suddenly fast when a video pops off, then slow again. Treat this as a baseline scenario: if the date looks too far away, the lever that moves it is raising your weekly new-follower rate, not posting at a magic hour.
Should I use per-week or per-post mode?
Per-week if you already track it (check your analytics: new followers over the last 4 weeks ÷ 4). Per-post × posts-per-week if you are planning: it shows how posting frequency multiplies a good per-video average.
What is a realistic weekly growth rate?
It varies wildly by niche and account size. Small accounts often see 0.5–2% of their follower count per week; a breakout video can add months of normal growth in days. When in doubt, use your last 4 weeks' actual average — that is the only number that describes YOU.
Does anything I enter leave my device?
No. The projection is pure math that runs 100% in your browser — nothing is uploaded to any server, and nothing is stored.
